“I did a lot of high-intensity workouts, like HIIT, BOXING, SPRINTING definitely shed the extra weight. And adding the weight sessions between really toned and made me feel a lot stronger,” Says.
“What I was feeding my body with was the most important factor for me chopping kilograms. Having a plan and always having a good stock of basic ingredients like tuna, beets, baby spinach, almond milk, smoothies, protein powders and rice cakes.
“This way I knew I could always throw something together if time was short (which is the time I am on most days).
