What I ate today Food Diary – Marathon Training Week 4

Hello! As promised, I’m excited to get back to some food diaries and run blogging style posts. I’ve been really good at taking pictures of what I’m eating, running, and working out this week. Pictures are starting to pile up, so here’s a food diary post with a full day of eating. (Okay, not 1000% a whole day of eating – I eat 5 pounds of watermelon a day to meet my quota. Random snacks like nuts or cheese are usually camera shy.)

Running notes: I’m summarizing this week’s training in an upcoming post because I need to get the running history and see the stats first. In general, I feel that things are going well. I’m slower than I wanted, slower than I used to be – but I haven’t raced in 2020 and I haven’t done sprinting, which is to be expected.

A random treat: My dad just got back from Hawaii and brought back these chocolate covered nuts. I usually eat chocolate around because I’m shocked by the macadamia nuts, long story.

I listen to the Betch Sesh podcast and one of the hosts was Casey Wilson on that sitcom. It’s so funny and dramatic and Andy Cohen was recently on their podcast and liked her book’wreck my presence“.

happy endings

Well, I listened to it on Audible and then wanted more content so I started watching Happy Endings. Unfortunately, it’s only 3 seasons so I don’t know what to do next. I need more funny content!

In any case. This is my daily eats and repeats.

Question: Have you ever heard of happy endings?

Did you see him? Who is your favourite?
