Kristy Fros has lost 16.6 kg and dropped three dress sizes since she joined 28 day weight loss challenge Just 5 months ago! unbelievable!
Says a mother of three in Queensland, “The real defining moment was when I received the Christmas photos. I knew I had won a lot but I was heartbroken when I saw myself.”
“The health benefits I have seen are that my blood pressure was very high and is now normal, so I have stopped the medication! My cholesterol has slowed down and my medication dose is half of it. My knees didn’t hurt like they used to.”
Kristi lost 16.6 kg and dropped all three dress sizes!
“I have so much energy! I was always so tired and couldn’t be bothered. Now I have so much energy to keep up with my kids and dogs and just life as a mom in general,” Christy says.
“I love Healthy mummy juicesI absolutely love them. I generally use premiums with the new Banana Sundae being my absolute favorite but if I’m bloated (especially at that time of the month) I use belly juices with the salted caramel being my favorite. “

“My meal plan is very frequent to save time and money. I have a smoothie with protein powder for breakfast or an oatmeal/porridge recipe from the Healthy Mummy App,” Says.
“Snack in the morning, I always have a smoothie with only powder and water. I used to have one or two meals a day so my stomach struggles with all the regular meals but smoothies make it so much easier. Lunch varies depending on how I feel.”
“Sometimes I have leftovers (if there are any!) or something quick and easy from applying. Afternoon snacks are pretty small, generally a bliss ball. We have a different dinner every night and my whole family eats it. Sometimes I don’t have dessert, it depends. It just depends on whether or not you need to consume any calories.”
3 Kristi’s tips for success
Stick to your meal plan! This will help keep your shopping bill low and help you stay on track. Conserve water. I know it can be hard, especially in cold weather but your body will love you for it.
My advice is to keep going! If you have a bad day/week/month etc, don’t punish yourself or give up. Get up, dust yourself off and get to work. Your results will come. I know it can be difficult. I’ve been through a lot of hard days.
