Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup marinated artichokes, drained and roughly chopped
  • 2 ounces crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (about 7 tomatoes)
  • Crushed red pepper
  • 1 cup watercress (peeled in 1 tablespoon lemon juice)

method

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place the pizza in the center of the baking tray.
  3. Garnish the pizza with artichokes, crumbled goat cheese, and cherry tomatoes.
