Louise Basdeikis lost 26 kg
Louise says, 12 months or so between these two pictures and 26kg of gold! The picture on the right is of me this morning before I did my EPIC step exercise. My old man would nap a million times on any given day off..not this healthy mom! I got up and did it. I have this Love to exercise and provide my body with healthy foods and I love the way I feel inside and out.

Jessica Gauff lost 7 kg
Jessica says “My Healthy Mummy started in 2018, and while I’ve been successful in losing weight, I haven’t worked out my mindset. Naturally, it didn’t take much life vicissitudes to fall off the wagon. After three years at my heaviest ever, I saw the show The promo for the 12 Weeks Healthy Mummy Challenge and I knew this was the time to get back on track.

It’s not impossible but remember every day to be patient, I mean Rome wasn’t built in one day, Remember that the next time you think you are going to get nowhere. Trust your journey and yourself and you will get there.”
Amanda Grace lost 37 kg
Amanda says, “Without the help of a healthy mummy, I would still be that sad/depressed mother eating her feelings
I’m stuck in a constant downward spiral of shame, but instead, I’m happy and healthy and learning what I’m capable of pushing myself a little more each day because I know I can.
Since November last year, I’ve lost 37 kilos and taken a whole new look at life, my health and what I choose to nourish my body. Grow and learn along the way and learn to love myself.”
