Ashana Spinelli and her husband Matthew have always been very supportive of each other and say they do their best together. So, when it came to fixing their lifestyle, they both decided that the best way was to do it together.

When Ashana first fell into 28 day weight loss challengeHer weight was 90 kg and she was a size 14. Now her size 8-10 has lost 23 kg.

Her husband Matthew joined her in pursuit of a healthier lifestyle, and he also started eating Healthy Mummy meals and lost 25 kilos.

“Matthew has always been a slim physique, however, he has gained weight over the past year or two and like me has been feeling sluggish. We told ourselves we couldn’t continue to live an unhealthy lifestyle,” Ashana says. “We just didn’t feel like ourselves.

“When I joined The Healthy Mummy, we ate loads of easy stir-fries for dinner from the app and then branched out and started exploring other different recipes.”
