I’ve recorded hundreds of episodes of Muscle for Life on a large variety of things related to health, fitness, and lifestyle, from diet and exercise basics like energy, macronutrient balance, progressive overload, training frequency and size to fads like the ketogenic diet, meat eater, and collagen protein to… Unfamiliar areas such as the point of setting body weight and rapid heart disease.
