  1. Cut the Quest Blueberry Cobbler Hero Bar into small pieces
  2. Divide the pieces among 7 Dixie cups
  3. Put the rest of the ingredients in a blender or food processor
  4. Even blend smooth
  5. Use a cookie scoop to spread the mixture between the cups. Squeeze the cups on the counter to flatten the mixture.
  6. Insert the toothpick and freeze it
  7. Unwrap the cups and enjoy!
