Most of us have learned old enough that we can at least Bake a chicken. And very decent at that. The thing is, if you toss the bones after your meal is over, you’re missing out on a big opportunity: chicken broth. Not only does it taste great, but it is rich in vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients:
Chicken bones
Red onion
2 whole garlic cloves
4-5 springs of parsley
3 carrots
Steps for making inventory:
Save any remaining chicken bones (chicken thighs, bone breasts, etc. or use whole chicken bones).
Put them in a saucepan with red onions, garlic, carrots, and parsley.
Bring it to a boil and let it simmer for 3 hours.
Use a colander or cheesecloth to separate the broth from anything else.
Pour into a heat safe container.

Ingredients
- Chicken stock
- Creamy mushrooms
- Sprig of parsley
- Sprig of dill
- A slice of lemon
- salt
how to make it
Put the chicken broth on a low heat.
Season it with salt, to taste.
Squeeze the lemon slices and put them in the broth.
Pour the broth into a cup or bowl.
Cover with thin slices of creamy mushrooms, dill, and parsley.
Serve hot.
