method
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare an 8-by-8-inch skillet with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the chocolate, butter, and sweeteners until smooth, then transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Whisk together eggs, almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and salt until mixture forms.
- Stir in Quest Fudgey Brownie Candy Bites chopped, transfer the mixture to the skillet and spread evenly over the edges.
- Place the cream cheese in a mixing bowl, use a hand mixer, and beat until fluffy, for about a minute.
- Add the sweetener and eggs and mix until they are homogeneous.
- Place the cheesecake ingredients on top of the chocolate cake layer in small pieces.
- Use a knife to move them together.
- Bake the brownies for 24-28 minutes.
- Let the brownies cool to room temperature before cutting into 20 squares and serving!
