Article in April 2017, Dr.. Samuel Mulham: “Smart meters pose a threat to public health” mentioned:
As part of the direct testimony provided in the Arizona Electric Utility Rate Case, Samuel Milham, MD, MPH stated: “It is my professional opinion that smart meters are a public health hazard. ”
As explained by Dr. Melhem:
“Dirty electricity” or “dirty energy” are terms coined by electrical utilities to describe electrical pollution consisting of high frequency voltage transients and harmonics traveling in a 50 or 60 Hz waveform and polluting electricity delivered to users. …

APS smart meters are electronic devices that have replaced the old analog electromechanical meters used to measure electrical energy consumption for billing purposes. Smart meters contain circuits to measure energy consumption and a microwave transmitter to send this information to the facility. The health effects of microwave exposure are well known. All transmitters, including microwave transmitters in smart meters, operate on direct current (DC). APS smart meters contain a switching mode power supply (SMPS) that changes the 60 Hz AC utility current to DC. …
Since it is located at the front end of the building’s wiring, the dirty electricity from the smart meter’s SMPS has a gateway to that building’s wiring, as well as to the ground through the grounds of the house. Household wiring acts as an antenna and capacitive fields mate with the body through the air within 6 to 8 feet of house wiring or extension cords plugged into outlets. …
I think our evolutionary equilibrium, which has evolved over thousands of years, has been severely disrupted and disrupted by human-made electromagnetic fields. I believe that human-made electromagnetic fields, especially dirty electricity, are chronic stressors and are responsible for many types of disease in electrified populations. . …
My professional opinion is that smart meters pose a public health risk.”
Physician and epidemiologist Dr. Sam Melham is the author Dirty Electricity: Electrification and the Diseases of Civilization. His biography in His website He notes that he is currently an Assistant Professor, Mount Sinai School of Medicine, 1989 – Laureate of the Robert Karl Ström Foundation Humanitarian Award, 1990, and a member of the Bioelectromagnetic Society, 1984-.
Dirty electricity tells the story of Dr. Samuel Mulham, the scientist who first alerted the world about A frightening association between occupational exposure to electromagnetic fields, electromagnetic pollution and human disease. He takes readers’ inspirations through his early years and education, following the twisted path that led to his discovery that most diseases of civilization in the twentieth century, including cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and suicide, were caused by exposure to electromagnetic field.
Dr. Milham warns that due to the recent spread of radio frequency radiation from cell phones and towers, terrestrial antennas, Wi-Fi and Wi-max systems, broadband Internet over power lines, and personal electronic equipment, we may face a looming epidemic of morbidity and mortality. At Dirty Electricity, he reveals the steps we must take, personally and as a community, to live with this wonderful but dangerous technology.”
Engineer David Stitzer
David Stetzer and the late Martin Graham were involved in a lawsuit with utility companies over energy quality issues, for dairy farmers who were experiencing loss of milk production in their herds. David and Martin were pioneers in demonstrating that the earth current causes biological harm, resulting in financial harm to farmers.
“Dave Stitzer He has been an electrician by training, education and experience of over 30 years. He joined the United States Air Force in December 1970 and began his career in electrical when he attended the School of Electronics at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi Mississippi from February to November 1971. At that time, Keesler AFB was known as the No. 1 Electronics School in the World.
During this training, Dave was given a top secret military pass, as much of the electronic equipment he was working on was and remains top secret. Dave completed his training as a terrestrial radio communications electronics technician and was assigned to the 676th Radar Squadron, Antigo Air Station, Antigo, Wisconsin. There he diagnosed and repaired a variety of electronic equipment, including PC boards, Klystron tubes and integrated circuits, as well as highly rated military electronic equipment, which used, among other things, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and digital frequency counters.
In February 1972, Dave received an assignment to go to Vietnam and was sent to KY8-38 Cryptographic School at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas where his top-secret military permit was upgraded to include cryptographic access. Upon completion of this training, Dave returned to the 676th Radar Squadron at Antiguo Air Force Station awaiting his port call in November to Vietnam; His mission was later changed due to the official termination of the Vietnam War in September 1972. Dave’s duties continued as before, with the additional tasks of diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing highly classified encrypted electronic equipment. Upon completion of his tenure, Dave received an honorable discharge from the United States Air Force.
In 1975, Dave Stetzer founded Electric, Inc. He remains the company’s president to this day. Since the company’s inception, Dave has specialized in industrial, municipal and motor control power control centers. For over the past decade, Dave has focused more attention on power quality analysis and troubleshooting, leading to the founding of Stetzer Consulting, LLC and the development of the STETZERiZER Filter (Graham-Stetzer) and Microsurge Meter. The STETZERiZER filter is designed to filter harmonics and other high frequency current (garbage) from the electrical environment, thus reducing the possibility of leakage into the human environment and creating additional waste in erratic loads (TVs, computers, variable frequency drives, energy-efficient lighting, etc. that). “

Do we continue to blame ‘climate change’ for blackouts? Or do we consider the effect of non-linear loads, created by electronics, on a power grid that is designed for linear loads?
David Stitzer – Testimony Text Conclusion: Dave Stetzer presents evidence in support of the Michigan Attorney General’s case against Consumers Energy.
“I am presenting evidence in support of the Michigan Attorney General’s case against Consumers Energy. Specifically, I will provide readings and measurements taken on farms that clearly show the facility’s electrical pollution, electrical poisoning, and power quality problems.
Electrical pollution and electrotoxicity destroy the dairy industry and negatively affect other livestock industries. This electrical pollution and poisoning directly affects the health of dairy cows and other livestock, and thus negatively affects the economies of these farms. This in turn negatively affects the entire farm community which depends on and derives its livelihood from the various dairy farms and other livestock farms. In late 1997, she reluctantly agreed to explore the so-called “stray effort” problem on a farm belonging to Associated Milk Producers, Inc.. I defined the problem as ground currents originating from a neighboring farm, due to insufficient neutrality of the facility. I drew this attention to the appropriate tool. I was surprised and appalled by the tool’s failure to treat the problem, its frequent distortion of the nature of the problem and its failure to take remedial action. This was the beginning of my work with dairy farms.
Unfortunately, I saw this same pattern of abuse (blaming the farmer), confrontation and refusal to fully and promptly investigate matters, or even try to solve the problem by every facility serving the farms I visited. The only welcome exception was Jackson Electric Cooperative, a Wisconsin electric utility that helped its customers and upgraded its distribution system to eliminate problems. Basically, I found and Recorded electrical phenomena dealing specifically with the poor quality of power provided by or caused by the instrument including: harmonics, transients, voltage drop, voltage amplification. The primary problem is that the utility uses the ground as a return path for the electricity or neutral current, and returns to the substation, rather than its own neutral wire. This is caused by a number of factors including the following: 1) a decrease in the neutral wire’s ability to conduct current due to wire deterioration; and 2) an increase in the resistance of the neutral wire due to the change of load characteristics from linear to non-linear.
Unfortunately, the tool had an electrical distribution system from the 1930s to the 1950s designed for linear loads in general, while today, a significant portion of the load current is non-linear. The situation is not expected to improve as the prevalence of non-linear levels is expected to increase significantly. Indeed, the facility-funded research organization EPRI has warned of the rising prevalence of non-linear loads. Additionally, as stated in EC&M, The Journal of Electrical Design, Construction, and Maintenance, June 1999, “Except for an incandescent light bulb, every load of the day creates harmonics.”
The net effect of these power quality issues is that there is a large amount of neutral current full of harmonics and transients being forced into the ground, as a path back to the substation. This is dirty energy or more appropriate, it is electrical pollution (when it affects equipment) or electrical poisoning (when it affects living things).
What are the solutions?
What are the solutions? Basically, what goes out on a wire from the utility substations has to go back to the substation on a wire. In order to help ensure that electricity stays on (and on and off) utility wires, adequate neutral volume is a must. At a minimum, the size of the neutral wire should be 200-225% of the current carrying capacity of the largest phase conductor. (more in Link).
Shall we continue to build on a Titanic-like future, cutting corners, ignoring health and safety, enabled by aggressive, aggressive, myopic pro-profit policy at any cost in the industry? Or are we, wisely, questioning the artificial imposition of 5G/RF/EMF frequencies side by side on wires, in the ground, and filling the atmosphere.
