method
- Line a 9″ x 9″ skillet with parchment paper.
- Place butter, peanut butter, sweetener, protein and salt in a saucepan over medium heat and stir until everything is melted and smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the cereal mixture and peanut butter, and stir until the cereal is well coated.
- Stir in the cut candy pieces and then transfer the mixture to the prepared skillet.
- Use a rubber spatula to fill it up.
- Cool for at least 20 minutes before cutting into plates and serving.
