Kelly White looks exceptional! This amazing mom shed four 46 kg babies in 18 months by following her 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge! What a wonderful achievement.
On top of that, it has decreased from a size 26 to a size 16 – and it looks great.
Here’s how I did it …
My mom’s amazing makeover
The Victoria-based mom revealed that she tipped the scales as hard as ever, causing a variety of health issues and that’s what prompted her to take action.
“My health problems started to pile up, high blood pressure and two types of drugs for that.” Says.
“I had pain from arthritis in my knees and feet getting worse. I was in pain all over, I was constantly feeling intense pain and fatigue, I slept poorly, snore, my breathing was bad, my asthma was getting worse, and I had a blood test And he returned with pre-diabetes warnings. “
Kelly wasn’t happy with the way she looked or felt and knew she needed to make a change,
I saw a picture of myself and didn’t recognize the person in the picture. I could see myself heading to an early grave, so I wiped my face and literally got off the ground, straightened my crown and decided to change my whole life, ” Says.
Kelly decreased from size 26 to size 16
Before signing up for The Healthy Mummy, Kelly admitted that she weighed 133 kg and now she weighs 86.9 kg.
“I started at 133 kg, maybe more, but I was terrified by the scales. I would feel physically sick even if I thought of them,” Says. “I jump happily every morning now and I’m now 86.9 kg! So far, I’ve lost a total of 46 kg, 30 kg with The Healthy Mummy since joining in early April 2020.
“It took about 18 months in total, which is almost 12 months with the healthy mummy.”
In fact, the gorgeous mom says she struggled to find the things that fit her when she was size 24-26 and now she’s 16/18.
“It feels weird when I go to the regular size section of stores and keep buying my clothes too big by mistake because I feel weird trying in the store,” Says.
“Since I started my health journey, I have become more confident and started wearing clothes that I already love again rather than the biggest things I can find that will hide me better.”
Now, Kelly has more energy and doesn’t feel exhausted during the day like she did and she has a lot of motivation.
I was afraid of having to ‘do’ almost everything and now I don’t think twice. Recognize.
“I don’t snore much at all now and I’m sleeping better. My body is not sore everywhere now and my arthritis pain is not as bad. Last week, I took a blood pressure medication and my blood test results returned to normal.”
Kelly feels more confident than ever
Meanwhile, Kelly admits that she has been overweight all her life and has been bullied and bullied at school for her looks.
“I’ve had self-esteem issues as long as I can remember and I’m not a confident person when it comes to my appearance,” Says.
“ Comparing photos was a great way for me to learn about my results even if I didn’t really recognize myself in my photos before or after.
“I am really proud to have shown my children that if you are unhappy with your situation, you can do something to improve things even though it might be really hard work.”
What a normal day for Kelly
To prevent herself from skipping meals, Kelly drinks Healthy Mummy Smoothie For breakfast or lunch on days you’re really busy.
“It’s great because I’ve stopped skipping meals since I started using them,” Says.“My day on a plate is usually very simple, I eat high-fiber breakfast cereals most days, a small snack in the morning and a simple dinner.
“It should be my favorite healthy mummy meal Lasagna on the stove, The whole family absolutely loves it! Lamb balls with sweet potato puree became my favorite. We try at least one new recipe a week, and if it is successful, we add it to our regular meals from time to time. “
When it comes to working out, Kelly has taken it slow and basically stuck to the walk. She walks about an hour a day.
