At the start of the year we invited creators who are passionate about their quest. We received so much attention that we had the difficult decision to narrow down the people we wanted to collaborate with on the new Quest 360 initiative. After months of research, we are excited to announce the first-ever custom content creators working with us to help keep our fans motivated and inspired and on the road to pursuing their missions. Cassie de Bicol
The first woman to travel to every country in the world, holder of the 2X Guinness Book of Records, the Iron Man International Competition and TED talk speaker, in her quest to bring sport to all women.
Personal assignment
My goal was to finish my first full iron man by 30. On November 4, 2018, 7 months before my 30th birthday, I finished with only 4 minutes left on the clock until my last date. It took me 16 hours 56 minutes to finish the 140.6 mile race. One of my meals I went to to recover was crunchy chicken with “crunchy” nacho Quest chips. It helped me stay lean and focused, not to mention incredibly delicious! I seek to encourage others to inspire themselves to achieve things they never thought possible!

Personal assignment
My mission transformation has changed lives! I’d like to share with you my story of my weight-loss journey. A lot has changed since 2012. I have graduated from college, and moved 5 times in the past five years. I started nursing school and transformed physically and emotionally. I have struggled with my weight a lot. I was afraid of lifting weights as a teenager and never exercising a day in my life! I had no one else to blame for my bad decisions that led me to gain weight. But that changed on June 17, 2017, when I decided to enroll myself for my first mixed martial arts class at Equinox. Over the course of 6 months, I lost 17 lbs. With the help of my personal trainer, nutrition coaching, eating healthy options like Quest protein shakes after every workout and regular boxing, HITT and a lift session but the hardest part is when the pandemic strikes and I had to do it on my own. With the help of Quest’s amazing products like shakes and protein cookies, and keeping up with my workouts and nutrition plan for Rp strength, I gained only a few pounds while in quarantine. My weight loss journey came at a point in my life where my weight was something I struggle with every day and it led me to a steady state of comparison. Through the struggles I faced during my journey, I realized that the most difficult path had led me to the most beautiful journey of my life. Every body is beautiful. There is no limit to the weight of the beauty. I strive to stay fit and healthy, inspire others to do the same and love the bodies they are in.

Personal assignment
Much of my daily diet consists of Quest products (almost all of my diet, lol) I was diagnosed with some health issue a few years ago that really affected my body and Quest products have been the key to keeping me fit since then mentally and physically. Besides my personal dreams, I seek to inspire and encourage others to pursue their dreams.
