Ingredients
Coconut chocolate granola
- 1 cup chopped cashews
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened grated coconut
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons of monk fruit syrup
- 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
- 1 Coconut Chocolate Quest Hero Protein Bar
method
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, mix the nuts, coconut and coconut flour together.
- Add the syrup, coconut oil, and stir until everything is well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking tray and spread it out in an even layer.
- Bake for 10 minutes, stir and continue baking for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Be careful not to get burned!
- Remove it and let it cool down.
- Serve and store the excess in an airtight container.
