Coconut chocolate granola

  • 1 cup chopped cashews
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened grated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons of monk fruit syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
  • 1 Coconut Chocolate Quest Hero Protein Bar


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix the nuts, coconut and coconut flour together.
  3. Add the syrup, coconut oil, and stir until everything is well coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking tray and spread it out in an even layer.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, stir and continue baking for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Be careful not to get burned!
  7. Remove it and let it cool down.
  8. Serve and store the excess in an airtight container.
