- Preheat oven to 350°F and prime a 6-inch round pan (at least 4 inches deep) with nonstick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, mix flour, sweetener, protein powder, baking powder, and salt together.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and almond milk.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until the spots are gone.
- Fold ¼ of the chopped hero strip.
- In the bottom of the pan, arrange the pineapple slices and berries.
- Pour the cake batter on top and bake for 40-45 minutes, with a clean toothpick coming out.
- Allow cake to cool completely before flipping onto a serving platter and covering with remaining crumbs.
