M Press is 31 years old and lives in Hobart, Tasmania. She has four children, 3 biologicals and 1 stepson.

Like most of us, Em was motivated to make some serious changes to her lifestyle and lose weight. Not only that, she wanted to change her mind and how she felt about herself.

Seeing a picture of her on her friend’s hen night was the defining moment to bring about that change.

Em says, “TThe sparkle in my eyes was gone, I was ashamed of the picture and knew it was time to change the way I felt about myself.”

Weight loss success

After seeing the photo, Em was determined to make some changes. She signed up for 28 day weight loss challenge And he didn’t look back.

I lost 15 kilos and went from a size 14 to a size 6/8! Not only does she love how she looks, she loves how she feels!

Im typical day

Besides doing a pole fit and doing a 5K run every few days, Em also uses the exercise videos on the Healthy Mummy app.

“I do total body workouts using weights, intense HIIT workouts with Wendy, as well as cardio and dance workouts.”

Loving her new confidence

Im can’t believe the change in her inside and out because these two photos were taken 16 months apart.

“The first picture I was sad, I had no confidence and didn’t even want to look in the mirror. The second picture was yesterday, I have a new love for my life and my body and the confidence I’ve gained!

Hang on there ladies, it’s not always easy, but when I look back how far I’ve come, I can’t help but be proud! “

“Keep trying, you’ve fallen off the wagon so many times. It’s okay to pamper yourself and not one night of drinking or eating the good stuff will ruin your hard work!”
