Introducing the HEALTHY MUMMY APP

Calculate: BMR
What is that? The number of calories required to keep the body functioning at rest. Taking into account your height, age, current weight, target weight and activity level, it provides an accurate reading of how many calories you need per day to lose weight. If you want to keep your current weight and goal the same.

Why is basal metabolic rate important? To lose weight, you have to be in a calorie deficit state, so it is important to know how many calories you should follow. Recalculate every birthday, every 5 kilograms you lose or if your activity level changes.

Take a fitness test!
