Gorgeous mom Cassie admits that she’s always had a problem with her weight.

I started to really notice it around 14 o’clock and slowly creep in from there,“Says.

When I got pregnant for the first time, I actually lost a little weight but after giving birth everything came back, with an increase. “

After the birth of her second child, Cassie says she was doing really well to lose some weight, then the fires took a toll on her possessions.

It took me a while to realize how much the fires affected me. I became very closed, depressed, struggling with my marriage and I had a severe addiction to sugar,Reveal.

In February 2019, I hit the scale and have been the heaviest weight ever. I knew I was overweight, but didn’t realize how much I let myself go.

“After crying, I knew I had to do something to change it.”

Make a change

Cassie says she spent the next day searching the internet for something to help her. I have tried many different diets over the years, but nothing has worked with it.

“I was desperate to find something to fit into my busy schedule. That was when I found the healthy mummy.”

“It started small. I tried some free snack recipes, then tried some meals. I was so amazed that the food tasted good. Even my husband and kids enjoyed it. This definitely made it easier because we could all eat the same food.”

Cassie says she was surprised at how much weight she lost through healthy eating – in the first 4 weeks she lost 5 kilograms!

I was very happy. I couldn’t believe it. I hadn’t eaten a lot before and I’m still losing a lot of weight, “she says.

“I was hooked. I loved the program. I was very impressed by how easy the recipes were and how much it helped me understand how to nourish my body and take care of myself.”

It has been 2 years since I discovered the “healthy mummy” and “Cassie” has lost a total of 30 kg and a little over 160 cm.

“I went from a size 16/18 to a size 8/10. Honestly, I still can’t believe I did that,“Flowing.

My life has changed a lot. I am more active. I am happiest and have a completely different outlook on life. I am 40 years old and feel better than I did when I was 20! ”

Cassie now loves to work out

A mother of two reveals that she now enjoys the exercise.

Says , “I’ve become a little bit addicted to challenging application exercises. I love the resistance band and weight training. I’m actually starting to tone, and I have muscles! ”

On top of that, Cassie continues to have healthy mummy juice for breakfast and also for lunch at work.

“I find it very fast and convenient. I can make one and walk out the door in five minutes,” Says. “I am in love with Belly juices. It’s very generous and it doesn’t make me bloated at all. “

  • Chocolate Chip Muffins (Add Berries)

  • Slow cooker asian chicken and pizza

“A healthy mummy is just a regular routine that we have now. I am so grateful that my children have seen how much change, and that healthy food can taste great.”

Cassie’s biggest tips to start:

  1. Don’t push yourself too hard.
  2. Don’t think of this as a diet. It is a change in lifestyle.
  3. Take lots of progress photos and metrics, because the metrics lie.

“If I hadn’t found the healthy mummy, I don’t think I would have lost weight at all. Losing weight is difficult, but it is definitely worth it.”
