Crystal Nida Bullseye looks absolutely stunning! Not only because of her weight loss, the mother of four also feels happier than ever.

The Coffs Harbor-based mum lost 20kg and dropped from a size 16 to 10 after signing up for the 28 day weight loss challenge.

Now Krystal says she has more energy to keep up with her kids!

36-year-old Krystal joined healthy mummy in 2018 but admitted that she kept procrastinating and postponing.

“I am 5ft 2 and 78kgs. But at the beginning of 2019 I bought size 16 pants and that was it. I knew I had to think about something about my weight,” Says.

“So I asked first Healthy Mummy Vanilla Smoothie The training program was started. By the end of 2019, she had lost more than 10 kg.”

Then in 2020, Krystal found out that she was pregnant with a fourth child and after giving birth she jumped right into the wagon.

“From now on, I officially lost 20 kg and went from size 16 to size 10”, Says.

“I have so much energy, I can now keep up with my active kids. My self-confidence is so much better.”

“I love making desserts from the app and my daughter loves helping me cook too. My favorite exercise from the Healthy Mummy app is Pilates with Jo. Plus my kids join in with me.
