  • ½ Onion [Peeled, Diced]
  • 6 Large chestnut mushroom [Sliced]
  • 800 ml Boil vegetable broth [Made with 2 Stock Cubes]
  • 1 Cloves and garlic [Crushed]
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Low-calorie cooking spray (Fry Light)
  • Spray a skillet with a little low-calorie cooking spray and cook the onion and mushrooms for 2-3 minutes.
