Sin Free Mushroom Risotto
- 200 grams Risotto rice
- ½ Onion [Peeled, Diced]
- 6 Large chestnut mushroom [Sliced]
- 800 ml Boil vegetable broth [Made with 2 Stock Cubes]
- 1 Cloves and garlic [Crushed]
- Salt and Pepper
- Low-calorie cooking spray (Fry Light)
Spray a skillet with a little low-calorie cooking spray and cook the onion and mushrooms for 2-3 minutes.
