In 2014, Kelly was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome and chronic anxiety attacks, and then in 2017, she was diagnosed with gallstones.
“In 2018, my gallbladder was removed. In the middle of 2019 when I was pregnant with my third and last child, I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance,” Says.
Doctors believe that my chronic anxiety is caused by irritable bowel syndrome and vice versa. So it’s all about digestive and gut health issues.”
She was a mother of three following 28 day weight loss challenge For 14 months and lost 12.9 kg so far.

Amazingly, Kelly says that her face looks much healthier and that she is losing inches from her body.
“Mentally, I’m in a good state of mind. I feel great,” Says. “I take it every day at a time, and I’ve noticed that my mood is smoother and happier since my health change.”
What does a typical day look like for Kelly:

“My favorite snack is a berry and banana snack. My favorite app exercises are Dance Cardio, Dance Strong, and No Equipment.”
Kelly’s advice to other moms:
- Don’t throw yourself into the deep end right away Otherwise you can find it very confusing for you and the trip.
- Start small with small steps. It took me 15 months to get to where I am and I wasn’t even close to finishing my journey yet.
- Take your time and focus on healthy eating. Learn to control the amount, make sure you stay hydrated, exercise (even if it’s three days a week) and trust yourself.
“If you mess up, that’s fine. We’re only human. Enjoy it, tomorrow is a new day. But whatever happens, don’t give up! Stay motivated. Stay dedicated. You’ll get there.”
