Stunning Laura Greenwood brings us 4 new kickboxing workouts. Don’t worry if you’ve never kickboxed before, Laura will have two beginner exercises and two advanced ones. Kickboxing is a great cardio exercise that helps strengthen and build muscles and gives your metabolism a boost. It can also help coordinate certain areas like the belly and love handles! Who does not like the sound of that!
Pilates with Joe
Our amazing Pilates trainer Joan Ward is chairing these six new Pilates exercises all average. Pilates is the perfect exercise to help you with core strength, postural alignment, balance, and flexibility.
Joan says,Pilates is amazing because it works the entire body – arms, core, hips, legs and buttocks. It will make you stronger, more toned, more flexible, and give you a better posture. “
Jade Hatcher is super passionate about doing 8 new workouts, all of which can be done on the ground as well as step by step. There will be exercises for all ability levels, 3 Beginner, 3 Intermediate, 2 Advanced. In just 10 minutes, these exercises will help tighten your buttocks, hamstrings and quadriceps as well as give you a great all-around cardio workout.
If you haven’t tried boxing before, this is the perfect opportunity to give it a try. Laura is doing two new boxing exercises, one for beginners, and one for advanced boxing. Boxing is a vigorous cardio exercise that can burn through those calories.
Laura says, “Performing sets of 40, 45 or 60 seconds allows certain parts of the body to be pushed a little further from the threshold, giving you a more sense of endurance.”
Target your core with two new advanced workouts Ab with Jo. These exercises will focus specifically on the abdominal area and include abs, planks, cycling, and abdominal exercises.
Joe says, “10 minutes is not for the faint of heart. For the more advanced, these exercises test your core strength and create a real burn in the abdominal muscles. “
